Administration

Our team of administration staff at the practice manage patient records - ensuring that patients medical information is accurate and kept up to date. Hospital letters and incoming communicatin from other departments is scanned into the patient records so it is quicker and easier for the doctor to see what has been discussed at your hospital appointments. The administration team are responsible for Inviting patients with chronic disease and long term conditions to the surgery for a range of reviews. The team will contact you via telephone, sms text messaging and includes sending out invitation letters to patients to book in for these reviews.

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
