If you have a non life threatening emergency and are calling the practice between 18:30 and 08:00 or at weekends and bank holidays, your call will be transferred to NHS 111*
Out-of-hours services are generally busy. Please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.
Transferred calls from the surgery to NHS 111 are chargeable. If however you replace the phone and dial "111" direct, the service is free from mobile and landlines.
EVERY THIRD WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH, THE PRACTICE IS CLOSED FOR STAFF TRAINING FROM 1.00PM -6.30PM. IF YOU REQUIRE URGENT MEDICAL ATTENTION THAT CANNOT WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY PLEASE CALL: 111
