Practice Management

Business Development Manager

The Business Development manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises, equipment and information technology. The manager supports the GPs, Reception/Administration staff and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Operational Manager- Mrs R Patel

If you have any queries concerning administrative or non-medical aspects of your health or treatment, the operational manager will be pleased to assist you.


Our team of  administration staff at the practice manage patient records - ensuring that patients medical information is accurate and kept up to date. Hospital letters and incoming communicatin from other departments is scanned into the patient records so it is quicker and easier for the doctor to see what has been discussed at  your hospital appointments.

The administration team are responsible for  Inviting patients with chronic disease and long term conditions to the surgery for a range of reviews. The team will contact you via telephone, sms text messaging and  includes sending out invitation letters to patients to book in for these reviews.


Trainee GP

Training of Doctors and Medical Student

The practice assists with the training of qualified doctors gaining experience of working in General Practices and of medical students, who are attached to the practice for a period during the final year of their course.


We have a team of  8  receptionists over both our sites , Our receptionists are here to help you make appointments to see the doctors and nurses, organise your repeat prescriptions and generally deal with your enquiries and help you with other questions you may have about our services. If they cannot answer a query they will find someone else who can or phone you back. Some receptionists can speak gujrati/punjabi/hindi.

It is our aim to offer a friendly and helpful service and all our Receptionists will endeavour to assist you wherever possible. Please remember that the Receptionists have a responsible job and often work under a great deal of pressure, they also have to follow practice policies and doctors’ instructions, so please allow for this and be patient.
